I have made some really good friends and we always have fun. I have tried piloxing , Yoga, Pilates and now I do Pilates and HIIT every week . Vicky is always encouraging and gives different exercises for each level. Every week is something different;  you can tell she takes a lot of time preparing each class .



I started HiiT box over a year ago and didn't really know what to expect, but was hoping it would be something different to all the other classes out there. And it is! A great combination of boxing and strength  exercises all to high energy music. Wish there was more than one class a week! 



Good, fun, friendly, affordable classes. So much better than a gym.
