What is fitness yoga?

All of the traditional postures from Yoga are utilised to improve the bodies strength, mobility and flexibility, however there is no chanting, meditation or any of the spiritual side to the class.There are standing and seated postures with added work for flexibility stretching.

What is Pilates?

A series of 34 exercises designed by Joseph Pilates in the early 1900’s  to keep the spine healthy and the body moving as it naturally should. It will improve core strength to relieve back aches, improve balance and posture.

All exercises are multi level making it perfect for everyone.

Interval training- mix of punching, cardio, strength and Tone, burning fat and calories, approx. 500 cls 4000 steps!
